ABOUT NDI
The Near-Death Institute (NDI) was created in November 2023 by Ameera May and El Serumaga.
Ameera has been ghostwriting and helping NDErs self-publish for the last 10 years on a freelance basis. She reached out to El to be a co-author in the book “Death”. EL had other ideas which she felt would support the NDI community. Ameera listened and stepped up to the call for action. They worked together to create initiatives for NDI which would support the near-death experiencer community.
Their intention is to provide comprehensive support to individuals who have had near-death experiences (NDEs), out-of-body experiences (OBEs) and life transformative experiences.
NDI provides mental, emotional, spiritual, health & wellness, and vocational support to our members.
At NDI, we believe in the power of shared experiences, and collective support. Join us as we embark on this journey of healing, growth, and empowerment. Together, we create a community that understands, uplifts, and inspires.

Bill Tortorella
Bill Tortorella, was born in Brooklyn NY, in 1952. Bill graduated from the school of Art and design. With high awards in the field of commercial art, advertising an illustration.
Bill entered the contest for WNBC radio and television. For the new Andrew Lloyd Webber play Jesus Christ superstar. He painted a card for the play. A painting of Jesus, literally standing 7’foot tall, with hundreds of people fleeing their burning town, on the top of the mountain. Reaching up to Jesus With their canes and torches in their hands for his help. Out of 250,000 contestants, Bill took first place.
His first Job in his field was at Triad Studios New York City, as a commercial artist.
He moved to Miami Florida in 1973. The move caused a career change, and he became a Paramedic for the county. He attended Mount Sinai medical school. Some years later, a twist of fate, a meeting with a man by the name Nigel Nottage, At the time he was the lawyer for Mr. Howard, Hughes in the Bahamas. That meeting lead Bill into his own business and sales, where he traveled the world, working at trade shows for over twenty years. Later he worked for big companies like Wyndham as a manager. And Marriott and has achieved many awards in his field.

Prophecy that lead bill to the evening of his near death experience in Tucson, Arizona in 1994 it became a night of light and love, a journey to heaven.

Richard Dinges
Richard A. Dinges is a Level 1 Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique Practitioner located in Virginia Beach, VA. QHHT is a modality of hypnosis in which people are regressed to the most appropriate times to release trauma blocks. It also has a healing component. Sessions usually last around four hours, including two hours of interview and a maximum of two hours in trance.
Richard says, “I have observed healings and emotional blocks being removed. When people see the cause of their problem, then the problem is no longer needed and the Higher Self can remove it. I have also observed that spiritual channels are opened more widely as the result of a QHHT session.”
Sessions are private between the practitioner and client, and are kept confidential. They must also be done in-person.
